Usage Instructions
Dosage
Adults & children: Before sleep time gently massage onto neck, shoulders, elbow creases and soles of the feet. For muscle relaxations massage onto thighs and calves. Reapply if necessary during the night.
Suitable during pregnancy after the first trimester, and breastfeeding.
Suitable for vegans.
Cautions & Contraindications
For external use only.
Avoid contact with eyes.
Not suitable in first trimester of pregnancy.
